The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mehndiganj P. S. Case No. 62 of 2018 dated 24.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of giving an iron rod blow on the head of the informant, leading to injury on his person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after about one week of the occurrence and there is no injury report on record.

Considering the afore-stated facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Patna City in connection with Mehndiganj P. S. Case No. 62 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
