The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2013 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 341, 342, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the First Information Report. His name has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22735 of 2014 (5) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 surfaced on the basis of confessional statement made before the police by one Suresh Ram @ Subham @ Subhash. It is further submitted that save and except, there is no other cogent material to connect the petitioner with the present case. It is further submitted that the said co-accused, Suresh Ram @ Subham @ Subhash has been extended the privilege of regular bail by order dated 16.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12715 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge - 2nd Muzuffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 254 of 2014 arising out of Paru P.S.
