The vehicle, in question, was recovered in an abandoned condition and it is admitted case of the informant that petitioner was his driver.

The stand of the petitioner is that there was dispute between the petitioner and informant on the point of payment of wages of the petitioner and that is the reason of institution of this false case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
