2. The present petition has been preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to remove encroachment from Public land Mauza- Andaur, Tola-Hanuman Nagar, Thana No. 180, Khata No. 258, 259, Khesra No. 897 & 918.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be knocking the doors of appropriate Court/Authority for the redressal of his grievance.

4. Without commenting anything on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
