2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 578 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons committed dowry death to the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9842 of 2024(4) dt.17-05-2024 2/3 case. Petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 and 3 are brother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the victim fell ill during her stay in Delhi due to her pregnancy and was admitted to Safdurjung Hospital, New Delhi for treatment and the family members of the victim when informed visited there, however she died during the treatment on 13.02.2022. It is submitted that due to wrong information, the complainant/ informant filed the present case for which the informant filed a petition to this effect in the Court concerned. It is further submitted that the husband of the victim has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10186 of 2024. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial of this case.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with
