2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that upon receiving the counter-affidavit, he came to know that the plot on the basis of which he is claiming is subject to Title Suit No. 70 of 2020.

3. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to raise his claims for compensation after finality of the decision in Title Suit No. 70 of 2020.

4. Permission granted.
