2. Petitioner appears to be an order giver in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the circumstances, there is no difficulty in granting bail to the petitioner in the present case even though he has been remanded in this case on 23.09.2013.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that besides the present case he is also accused in five other cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition, in which he has been granted bail.

4. Let the aforesaid fact be verified by the court below and if found true, petitioner, named above, be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43319 of 2014 (4) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 157/1998. In case, petitioner is found accused in other cases than the one referred to in paragraph 3 of the petition, this order may not be given effect to.
