JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondents to stop the construction of school building of Utkramit Middle School, Enwa, Kako, Jehanabad and further to give direction to construct the school building of Utkramit Middle School, Damuha at Damuha Panchayat, Kako block, Jehanabad.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
