Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-aa), 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 13.02.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 42327 of 2014 with an observation that if the trial is not concluded within six months, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. Petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2014 i.e. he has already remained in jail for more than fourteen months but the trial has not yet concluded. Co-accused Nawal Kishore Das has already been granted bail vide Criminal Misc. No. 5855 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44007 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 In the circumstances aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 908 of 2014 arising out of Quasim Bazar P.S.
