The petitioner appears to be an agent of the concerned company in which the informant has deposited his amount. Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that the petitioner had executed a bond in security of the deposited amount. But according to the prosecution case itself, the amount had been deposited with the company and not with the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtayarpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) S.Pandey/- U T
