JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-09-2016 The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court claiming a direction to the respondents to provide protection to his life and property as the same is at danger from respondent no. 12. The petitioner claims to be in possession of land pertaining to Mauza Manjaul, Tauzi No. 11440, Khata No. 1608,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.854 of 2016 dt.06-09-2016 2/2 Khesra No. 6295 and Area 1 Katha, 7 Dhur, 15 Dhurki, CircleNaokothi, Sub-Division-Manjhaul, District-Begusarai. The respondent no. 12 is said to be his neighbour and therefore, the petitioner submits that he wants to grab his valuable land forcibly and to kill him. From perusal of the record, it appears that a proceeding under Section 188 I.P.C. has been initiated against the Respondent no.

12. If that be so, no further order is required to be called for in the present proceeding. The petitioner has liberty to prosecute the proceedings under Section 188 I.P.C. in accordance with law. However, no direction is warranted to be issued to provide protection to life and property of the petitioner.
