This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dinara P.S. Case No.252 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 354(B), 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and the co-accused are said to have entered into the school premises and abused the teachers. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has not abused the teacher of the school rather, he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to Annexure-P/2 whereby a coordinate Bench of this Court had granted anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7520 of 2026(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 the similarly situated co-accused vide order dated 21.12.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.60648 of 2017. 6.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, XV, Bikramganj, Rohtas / concerned Court below, in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.252 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
