JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Jamui.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Status quo existing as on today shall be maintained for a period of four weeks in order to enable the petitioner to approach the appellate authority and pray for stay of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3595 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 impugned order.

In case the petitioner approaches the appellate authority within two weeks and files an application for grant of interim relief, the appellate authority shall make endeavour to dispose off the interim application within a period of further two weeks thereafter.
