2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, there has been recovery of B.S.N.L. company's wire from a truck. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was loading the wire in the alleged truck.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has falsely been implicated in this case and has committed no offence. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has further submitted that on similar footing, co-accused Shohail@ Sheru @ Md. Shohail Akhtar and co-accused Parwez @ Parwez Alam have been granted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6440 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 bail by this Court.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrenders within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I or Successor Court, Motihari East Champaran in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
