Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also learned counsel appearing for the informant.
The petitioner is named in the FIR. But according to the FIR, two unknown persons had opened fire on the deceased and the informant gave the name of the petitioner only on suspicion as prior to the alleged occurrence a quarrel had taken place between the deceased and the petitioner; whereas learned counsel appearing for the informant points out that in the course of investigation it came to light that this petitioner hired the criminals who killed the deceased.
