JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 18-05-2017 Seeking exception to an order dated 21.06.2016 passed by the learned Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15273 of 2015, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent Appeal.

2. In the matter of grant of recognition and assistance to an Institute namely, the Sanjay Gandhi Night High School, Biharsharif, District- Nalanda a writ petition filed by the appellant as Headmaster of the Institute challenging the act of the State Government in refusing to grant recognition and approval has been

Patna High Court LPA No.1498 of 2016 dt.18-05-2017 2/2 upheld by the learned Writ Court after taking note of certain observations made by the Supreme Court and holding that appellant has no right to claim recognition in violation to the mandate of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Having considered the observations made by the Writ Court from Paragraph 3 onward, we find no reason to make any indulgence into the matter.

4. The Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed.
