The petitioner seeks bail in Ketiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 registered under sections 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that he had gone to Barat but in the very morning the petitioner fired which hit on his left leg.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three injuries are found on the leg. Injury nos. 2 and 3 are wound of entry and wound of exit and are found to be simple. The petitioner is in jail since 02.08.2014.
Considering the fact that on account of firing made by the petitioner, the informant got simple injury and for that the petitioner has already remained in jail for five months,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42185 of 2014 (3) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 the above named petitioner is di3rected to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Ketiya P.S.
