Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order of the District Magistrate, Nalanda, whereby and where under the arms license of the petitioner was suspended, was challenged before this Hon'ble Court earlier in a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 15566 of 2018 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 04.09.2018, had granted liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate Appeal, whereafter the petitioner had filed an Appeal before the learned court of Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna and the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.7133 of 2021(2) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, by an order dated 09.07.2019/ 03.08.2019, had remanded the matter back to the District Magistrate, Nalanda for reconsideration, however, no final order has been passed thereafter, by the learned District Magistrate, Nalanda, hence, it is prayed that the District Magistrate, Nalanda be directed to pass the final order, expeditiously.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Nalanda to dispose off the pending case of the petitioner by passing the final order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
