Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). "I. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Cetiorari for quashing the notice dated 18.09.2021 issued under the signature of Authorized Officer, Punjab National Bank by which demand to the tune of Rs. 2891866.70 against the loan A/c No. 6008008700000881 of the petitioner/company; on the ground that the property has not been valued in terms of the SARFAESI proceedings and the due process of law is not being followed.

II. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of mandamus for a direction tot he bank authority especially the branch manager, Nuaon

Patna High Court CWJC No.2270 of 2022 dt.24-03-2022 2/2 Branch, Kaimur and the Authorized Officer, Punjab National Bank, Secured Creditor, Ara circle to settle the account of the petitioner bearing A/c no. 6008008700000881 through one-time settlement. III. And pass any such other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Permission is granted.
