JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 05-05-2017 The petitioner was working as Head Clerk in the office of the respondent no. 3 and when by an order dated 17.03.2011 he was directed to hand over the charge and certain documents, challenging the correctness of the Administrative letter issued, Annexure-2 in the writ petition, he filed a writ petition.

Learned Writ Court held that in fact, the writ jurisdiction of this Court in the matter of handing over the charge and documents is not maintainable and had dismissed the same. We see no error in the order passed by the learned Writ Court

Patna High Court LPA No.1307 of 2016 (4) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 warranting reconsideration.

The appeal stands dismissed.
