The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to dispossess the respondent nos. 6 and 7 from the land belonging to the petitioner.

Since this is not in dispute that the petitioner is claiming dispossession at the hands of respondent nos. 6 and 7 and the issue of dispossession cannot be resolved in the present proceeding since it requires leading of evidence to ascertain the claim and counter claim of the parties, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to agitate his
