1. The learned counsel for the contemnor-University has submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.09.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.15938 of 2019 has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra, has already passed a reasoned order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.322 of 2020(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 07.12.2023 and all the admitted outstanding death-cum-retiral dues have stood paid to the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
