2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 499 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had left with the petitioner on her own. The petitioner is in jail since 25.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11171 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 499 of 2023.
