JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks on resumption of physical mode. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 338, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code The allegation against the petitioners and other accused person is that they are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his daughter with an iron rod. Sanjeev Mahto along with Guddu Mahto assaulted the informant on her head

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The injuries are stated to be simple in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 30.11.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Bettiah, District-West Champaran, in connection with Inarwa, P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020, with following conditions :-

(1) One of the bailors must be close relative of the petitioners.

(2) The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
