JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (2) (V) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons had killed father of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 25.9.2014. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against all the accused persons. There is no specific injury attributed against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the

Case no. 294 of 2014.
