2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the selection process was not conducted in a proper manner. As a result, a complaint was filed by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Madhepura (respondent No. 4), but no order has yet been passed on the aforesaid complaint.

3. On a fresh representation/complaint being filed by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Madhepura (respondent No. 4) within a period of four weeks from today, he shall pass a reasoned order on such representation/complaint, within a period of six weeks of receipt of such representation/complaint.

4. It is necessary to state that before passing any order, the District Programme Officer, Madhepura (respondent No. 4) shall hear the concerned parties viz. the petitioner, private respondent No. 8 and other stakeholders.

5. In case the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed before the District Programme Officer, Madhepura, she if so advised, may approach the District Magistrate, Madhepura (respondent No. 3) in appeal.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
