Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Although, the vehicle, from which the alleged recovery was made, is said to be of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 271/2014.
