This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sono PS case no. 41 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of J.M. 1st class, Jamui in connection with Sono PS case no. 41 of 2021 and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned trial court to dispose off the same on
