The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 293 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41, 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

No.7379 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 293 of 2020.
