2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(1), 74, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., co-accused English Yadav assaulted mother of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of assault against these two petitioners and they have been made accused in this case because they happen to be close family members of co-accused English Yadav. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
