The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One loaded country-made pistol and one smart phone have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, and Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered either from the conscious possession or from the house of this petitioner. The alleged money i.e. Rs. 20,000/- is not the stolen money, rather the same belongs to petitioner's father. Petitioner is in custody

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2021.
