Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 19.01.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 37941of 2014 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. According to the F.I.R. there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner but during course of investigation it has come that it was the petitioner who gave blows with bamboo stick on the head of the deceased Dinesh Kumar Singh. There is no repetition of blows. Petitioner is in jail since 23.03.2014 i.e. petitioner has already remained in jail for one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43602 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 and a half years.

In the circumstances aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raja Ram Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biraul, District Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014.
