The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 562 of 2024 arising out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 & 504 of the Indian Penal.

Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 12.04.2021 seven named persons came at the house of one Ashok Risidev due to previous enmity and started to abusing and assaulted him and his father by means of iron rod, which caused him injury. 4.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2024. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7010 of 2026(2) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. From perusal of the FIR, it would manifest that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitionr. There is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. Other coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35556 of 2022. 6.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner, claim based on parity and charge sheet being submitted, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with S.T.
