Although petitioner was caught along with coaccused, Md. Afroz and Rajkishore Bhagat @ Rajkishore Raut but admittedly, the alleged recovery of Charas was made from possession of Md. Afroz and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Rajkishore Bhagat @ Rajkishore Raut has already been granted privilege of bail by order dated 04-09-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38939 of 2015 by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44290 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2014 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014) to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah.
