JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-02-2019 The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for revising of their pay-scale in tune with Government notification, issued vide Memo No. 3590/F dated 24.05.2017 read with Memo No. 8145 dated 13.10.2017, by which, the pay-scale of Panchayat Supervisors has been upgraded with effect from 01.01.2016.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2806 of 2019 dt.20-02-2019 2/2 petitioners that representations to that effect have been made by the petitioners before the Block Development Officer, Begusarai Sadar, in the district of Begusarai, which have yet not been responded to/acted upon.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the Block Development Officer, Begusarai Sadar, Begusarai (respondent No. 4), detailing their grievances, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall dispose it off by passing a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
