Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of the petitioner came in confessional statements of co-accused who were apprehended at the spot and as such except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of seven cases, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused Pintu Kumar @ Pintu Paswan having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted the privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
