Patna High Court CWJC No.2975 of 2019 dt.20-02-2019 2/2 Supervisors has been upgraded with effect from 01.01.2016.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a representation to that effect has been made by the petitioner before the Block Development Officer, Harnauth, in the district of Nalanda at Biharsharif, which has yet not been responded to/acted upon.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Block Development Officer, Harnauth, Nalanda at Biharsharif (respondent No. 5), detailing his grievances, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall dispose it off by passing a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
