2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents Authority to demarcate the land of the petitioners and take steps for giving possession to the petitioners upon the land in question which has been illegally possessed by the land owner;

(ii) for further direction to the Respondents authority to make an inquiry and take immediate steps directing the Circle Officer to start a proceeding against the land owner for illegally and forcibly possessing the land in question which has been allotted to the petitioners for residential purpose after declaring the land as surplus;

(iii) for further direction to the

(iv)and for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. On 28.07.2025, notices were issued to respondent nos. 7 to 10 and requisites were to be filed in two weeks.

4. As it was a peremptory order and the same was not complied, it stood dismissed on 11.08.2025.
