1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case no.246 of 2022 registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught hold of by the informant and on search, five stolen mobile phones were recovered from his possession.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 19.8.2022 and investigation in the case is complete.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody for 8 months since 19.8.2022, charge-sheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case no.246 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Supaul.
