Three persons are said to have given blows on the head of injured but only two injuries were found and out of the aforesaid two injuries, one injury was found grievous in nature but it is not clear who is author of the aforesaid grievous injury. Moreover, the petitioner is in judicial custody since 06-08-2015 and it is informed that the case has already been compromised. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
