ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.8.2014 in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case no.59/14 for the offences under Sections 363, 365, 302, 364 and 201/34 of the I.P.C. Earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.02.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46416/14. A report with regard to stage of the trial was called for from the court below. It appears from the report sent by the .S.D.J.M., Supaul, that till date the matter has not yet been committed to the court of Session.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing
