2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
for a direction to the Respondent authorities to pay the compensation for lands of the petitioners which has been acquired for construction of the Sonepur Digha Railway_cum Road Bridge vide land Acquisition case No. 7Ka of 2002-03 of the Court of the District Land Acquisition
Patna High Court CWJC No.10965 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 Officer, Saran at Chapra and for a direction to the Respondent Railway authorities to provide employment to one member of the family of the petitioners in the circumstances set forth below.

A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondentCollector (Saran at Chapra) duly served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner in the year 2017 is on record and he has taken this Court to Annexure-C to show that in the year 2016 itself, the compensation amount has been given to Raghu Nath Pandey and Ram Nath Pandey which has been received by Dharmendra Pandey and so far as Ram Ekbal Rai is concerned, it has been received by Surendra Rai and the District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran at Chapra has further recorded that if there is objection on behalf of the parties, it relates to title which can be adjudicated by a Competent Court.
4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
