Petitioners in these two applications are accused in a case under Sections 353/307, 414/34 of the Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act and were apprehended on the date of First Information Report itself i.e. 01.06.2014. Besides the present case they are not accused in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39562 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 any other case, such statement has been made in paragraph 3 of both the petitions.

Let both the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur/Smt.
