2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown criminals came on two motorcycles and after threatening the petitioner on gun point, looted one motorcycle, Rs. 11,500/- and one mobile phone from the informant.

4. During investigation and in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2024 having four criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the serious allegations and the criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7144 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
