The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chiksaura P.S. Case No.38 of 2020 registered under Sections 307, 379 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. No incriminating material has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
