JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 Grievance of the petitioner is that the statutory appeal preferred by him giving rise to Supply Appeal No. 17/2018 before the District Magistrate, Gaya is not proceeding, and in absence of consideration and disposal of the appeal the petitioner is suffering because of the existence of the impugned order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tekari, District - Gaya.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the given facts and circumstances of the case the District Magistrate, Gaya (respondent no. 2) may be directed to consider and dispose of the appeal being Supply Appeal No. 17/2018 within a reasonable period, if not already disposed of the same.
