The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has got two wives Manisha Devi and Nitu Devi. Nitu Devi the informant made allegation that Manisha Devi offered her full glass of milk to have when the informant took the milk she felt dizziness and started vomiting. The informant alleged that the petitioner conspired with his second wife Manisha Devi in order to kill the informant who happens to be the first wife of the petitioner. Manisha Devi has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11443 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42836 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions Trial No. 151 of 2015, arising out of Asarganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014.
