The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379/411 sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on chase while he was fleeing away after leaving the motor cycle of the informant. It is submitted that petitioner has not committed theft of the motor cycle. The petitioner is in jail since 01.07.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.
