The learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation, Begusarai has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that PCC Road has not been constructed over the private land of the petitioner, rather it has been constructed over public land. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
