The petitioner seeks bail in Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 58 of 2012 under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police raided the house of Faqruddin Sah and from there fake currency notes of Rs. 2,40,000/- of different denomination was recovered. The petitioner Prabhu Prasad and one Sheikh Faqruddin were also present in the house of Faqruddin Sah.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and co-accused Sheikh Faqruddin has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 25.07.2013 passed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42169 of 2014 (5) dt.28-04-2015 2 / 2 in Cr. Misc. No. 26744 of 2013. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing and the petitioner is in jail since 22.10.2013. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran, in Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 58 of 2012.
